Uçhisar Castle and a Cemil Homestay
104km / 1550m climb. Optional hot air balloon flight this morning. Climb out of the Göreme valley to the hilltop rock-cut Uçhisar Castle, then drop onto a wide, open agricultural plateau with views of Mt. Erciyes before a fast run-in to an evening homestay in Cemil, with organic food and real local hospitality.
